Monica Masero

Committed to continuous professional development Monica Masero sets time aside to keep up with current research and methodologies.
Monica’s Credentials
Her training includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Graduate Diploma in Couple Therapy (Systemic Therapy), Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy, training in the Gottman model for couple therapy, Imago Couple’s Therapy and is a PACT, (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) Certified Level 1 practitioner which is informed by neuroscience, attachment theory and the biology of human arousal. Monica runs a trauma informed practice and is also trained in Radical Exposure Tapping Level 1 for dealing with traumatic memories.
Monica’s current curiosities in blending talking therapies with therapies that incorporate the body – posture, movement and gait – led her to writing an article “The Wisdom of the Body, A Sensorimotor Approach to Couples Therapy”, that has published in the Australian New Zealand Journal of Family Therapy (Dec 2017).

Adrian Workman
Therapist
He currently contracts to an NGO in Sydney’s South-West where he has pioneered an integrative counselling model over the last 6 years focusing on men with families experiencing the stress of homelessness. He has also helped implement this model into youth refuges over the last 18 months. Adrian has been recognised for the development of this model, presenting at national conferences on Family Relationship Services. Previously Adrian has worked with Interrelate Family Relationship Services Australia as a couples and Individual therapist.
He is a Clinical Member of PACFA.
